Thank you very much for applying for a traveling car.
Recently, we have seen an increase in the number of international travelers using our services and making reservations.
However, due to some violations of the rental agreement by some foreign users, we have started charging a deposit in advance from this year.

In principle, the deposit will be refunded in Japanese yen in cash upon return of the rental car.
If you wish to receive a refund to your bank account, you will be charged the bank's remittance fee and our administration fee.
Refunds are based on the Japanese yen conversion rate, which will vary depending on the exchange rate on the date of processing.
It takes about 10 days to process the refund to your bank account.
 
In the event of additional charges, the difference will be paid by bank transfer at a later date, rather than a cash refund.
