FAQ

1）About transportation Individual transportation

If you are using New Chitose Airport, please inform us of your flight information in advance. Our staff will be waiting for you at the arrival gate of your flight. It takes about 10 minutes by car to our company.

*In rare cases, the area around the airport may be crowded and the pick-up vehicle may not be able to enter. In that case, please come to Minami Chitose Station by JR and we will pick you up there. Please understand this beforehand.

If you are traveling by JR, we will pick you up at Minami Chitose Station. Please specify the approximate time and let us know the arrival time at Minami Chitose after boarding the train. It takes about 7 minutes by car to our company.

Please let us know the name of your hotel if you wish to be picked up at your hotel. Pick-up time is after 10:00 a.m. and limited to Chitose city (except Lake Shikotsu area).

(2) For customers who send packages (home delivery) in advance

Due to the busy season, we are not able to manage the shipment in our store. (4) Is there any heat protection in the car?

(1) Vehicles equipped with air conditioning can only be used when connected to an external charging system.

(2) Cannot be used when driving. The air conditioner unit will be damaged due to shaking of the vehicle interior.

Please note that the breaker will trip if the air conditioner and microwave oven are used at the same time, even when connected to an external recharger.

8) Indoor insect control?

Mosquitoes and flies may enter the cabin when windows are opened and closed. As a countermeasure, we recommend that you purchase mosquito repellent products at a drugstore near the New Chitose Traveling Car before departure.

However,The use of firelighters or spray insecticides indoors is strictly prohibited.Items that are used with fire may cause a fire. If spray insecticides are sprayed on windows and screens, they will adhere to those items and cannot be removed. Windows and screens are expensive items. Hokkaido Expressway Pass is not available.

Airport pick-up and drop-off will be provided on an individual basis. We will pick you up based on the flight information you provided in advance.
