[ Traveling Cars ] would like to inform you about our cancellation policy.

Cancellation fee will be charged from the time of reservation request.

*For family reasonsIf you have no choice but to cancel your reservation, please contact the store first. Please feel free to contact us if you need to change the date of your reservation, or if you need to make a reservation at a Traveling Car store other than the store where you made your reservation.

Please contact us by e-mail or phone during business hours. Please note that emails or phone calls received outside of business hours will be handled the next day.

If you need to cancel due to transportation disruption caused by a natural disaster, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy.

*When we refund the cancellation fee, we will refund the applicable amount minus the transfer fee.
