無料送迎についてのご案内／Pickup Procedure

-送迎手順-／Pickup
①飛行機で新千歳空港にご到着／Arrive at New Chitose Airport by plane
②預け入れした荷物のお受取／Baggage claim
③当店へご連絡／Contact our store
④指定場所でお待ちください／Please wait at the designated location
⑤お迎えして送迎車両で当店へ移動／picked up and transferred to our store by vehicle.

①飛行機で新千歳空港にご到着／Arrive at New Chitose Airport by plane

ようこそ北の大地北海道へ！
北海道は本島より気温が低く、積雪も多い場所です。気温や天候をあらかじめ確認して服装や荷物を調整なさってください。
キャンピングカーは多くの荷物を積むことができますが、限度がございます。荷物量は燃費や走行性能にも大きく影響しますので、取捨選択してお越しいただくことをおすすめいたします。
海外からお越しの方は入国審査を受ける必要があります。通過してから荷物のお受け取りに進みます。
Welcome to Hokkaido!
Hokkaido is colder than Japan’s main island and often has heavy snowfall. Please check the weather and dress accordingly.
Our campervans can carry a lot of luggage, but space is limited. Too much luggage may affect fuel efficiency and driving performance, so please pack carefully.
Overseas arrivals must pass immigration before collecting their baggage.

②預け入れした荷物のお受取／Baggage claim

出発時に預け入れした荷物をレーンで受け取ります。
荷物の取違いにご注意ください。
海外からお越しの方は、荷物を受け取った後、税関検査へ進みます。
Collect your checked baggage from the carousel upon arrival. Please be careful not to take the wrong luggage.
Overseas arrivals should go to customs after picking up their baggage.

②当店へご連絡／Contact our store

一通りの到着手続きが終了したら、当店へご連絡をお願いいたします。
ご連絡をもってお客様のお迎えにあがります。

到着口によって指定場所が異なります。以下をご参照ください。

国内線 到着口1・2・3（ANA／AIRDO／IBEX／peach）のお客様／Arriving at Domestic Arrival Gates 1, 2, or 3 (ANA / AIRDO / IBEX / Peach)

のりば番号30番でお迎えいたします。当店への連絡後、周辺にてお待ちくださいませ。
We will pick you up at Bus Stop No. 30. After contacting us, please wait in that area.

　

国内線 到着口4・5（JAL／SKY／FDA／Jetstar／SPRING JAPAN）のお客様／Arriving at Domestic Arrival Gates 4 or 5 (JAL / SKY / FDA / Jetstar / SPRING JAPAN)

南側許可車乗降所でお迎えいたします。当店への連絡後、周辺にてお待ちくださいませ。
We will pick you up at the South Authorized Vehicle Drop-off Area. After contacting us, please wait in that area.

国際線ご利用のお客様／Arriving on international flights

新千歳空港国際線の到着口は一つです。到着口を出たら、1階・のりば番号83番でお迎えいたします。
場所がわからない場合は、到着口すぐのインフォメーションカウンターにて場所を聞くことができます。
当店への連絡後、周辺にてお待ちくださいませ。
There is only one arrival gate for international flights at New Chitose Airport. After exiting the gate, we will pick you up at Bus Stop No. 83 on the 1st floor.
If you are unsure of the location, you can ask at the information counter just outside the arrival gate.
After contacting us, please wait in that area.

空港外からの送迎について

新千歳空港周辺ホテルに前泊のお客様／Pickup for Guests Staying at Nearby Hotels

JR南千歳駅までお越しいただき、そちらから送迎いたします。
待ち合わせ場所
JR南千歳駅の改札を出たら、右手（北口）に進みます。
一階へ降り外へ出た先が送迎待ち合わせ場所となります。
当店への連絡後、周辺にてお待ちくださいませ。

You can come to JR Minami-Chitose Station, and we will provide pickup from there.
Meeting Point:
After exiting the ticket gates at JR Minami-Chitose Station, turn right toward the North Exit.
Go down to the first floor and exit the building. The pickup point is located just outside.
After contacting us, please wait in that area.

ホテルグランテラス千歳・Minn 千歳に前泊のお客様／Pickup for Guests Staying at Hotel Grand Terrace Chitose / Minn Chitose

空港・駅から距離のあるホテルグランテラス千歳、Minn 千歳にご宿泊のお客様は、ホテルまでお迎えいたします。
当店へご連絡後、ホテルロビーにてお待ちくださいませ。
Guests staying at Hotel Grand Terrace Chitose or Minn Chitose, which are farther from the airport or station, will be picked up at the hotel.
After contacting our store, please wait in the hotel lobby.
