We will accept a group at ¥500 per group!

Payment is due at the time of rental car reception!

Shuttle buses are provided exclusively for users of our adjacent facility [Kotobuki Interchange Parking Lot].

Please note that this is not an individual pick-up service. Please understand beforehand!

Two trains run every hour and there are two boarding locations.

 

Launch time information

Exit 1: Exit 30   ANA, AIR DO, PE ACH   International passengers

Boarding gate (2) Next to the airport police station JAL, SKY MARK, JET STAR, SPRING JAPAN

Time required to reach us: approx. 10 min.

 

Shuttle bus: The bus will be marked [ Kotobuki Interchange Parking Lot ].

Shuttle buses will be provided by either a Mycorobus or Hiace. Both vehicles are white.

[ How to apply ]

Please send us an e-mail after your reservation is confirmed (after confirming the payment of the application fee).

Please provide the following information at the time of application: (1) flight information (2) number of persons.　Example: JAL501 09:00 arrival 3 persons

Please let us know in advance if you plan to eat or shop after arriving at the airport.

After we receive your e-mail, we will contact you to specify (1) the location of the ride and (2) the time of the ride.

[ Notes on boarding ]

Please contact us upon arrival at the airport (after receiving your luggage) for confirmation.

The bus usually arrives at the designated boarding point about 2 minutes before the designated boarding time,Please look for it yourself and get on the bus.

Do not attempt to rush aboard! It interferes with on-time operation!

After receiving baggage at the airport, there is an airport information counter in the arrival lobby on the 2nd floor of the international flight.

Please tell the staff there your name and ask them to call 090-6281-7376 on your behalf.

We will then provide you with shuttle bus information.

Boarding point is at the boarding gate No. 30. Information counter staff will guide you to the location.

As for the time, you will be informed upon arrival.

As for free transportation, it is only between New Chitose Airport.JRIf you are coming by,Shuttle bus only for those who can come to New Chitose Airport Stationinformation. Similarly, we do not provide transportation between hotels in Chitose City and car rental companies in the city. If you wish to take a cab, please make your own cab arrangements.
